* Charges will be given via email/fax or phone
* Price will be quoted on weight of parcel and will be sent by the best carrier for the destination.
* Delivery time will be 14 to 21 days.
* Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 28 days.

Delivery Instructions

* Orders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked.
* Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form.
* We must have your full postcode

Receiving Orders (UK)

* Goods should be with you within 3 working days
* If goods do not arrive within 3 working days please notify us immediately

Receiving Orders (Export)

* Goods in stock will be despatched within 3 working days
* Goods should be with you within 14 to 21 days
* If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately

Returns

If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:

* Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt
* Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting

* If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage
* Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods

Guarantee

* Viability and germination rates of all varieties are tested on a regular basis. However Goldenseed does not accept any product-liability and we do not give any guarantees. All prices are subject to change.
* Goldenseed does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law. All persons who purchase seeds are responsible for their actions in the future. Goldenseed will accept no responsibility in this respect. All information contained on any Goldenseed promotional material or packaging is for educational purposes only and is not intended to condone, promote or incite the use of illegal and/or controlled substances.

* If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.
